“I’ve spent over 30 years writing my body of work of 258 songs that have touched millions, and now I’m offering you a chance to be a part of their future. Through MusicBull, I’m auctioning my catalog’s future royalties—this is more than just an investment. It’s a chance to be part of the music industry from the inside, to invest in the music you love while earning alongside me (the songwriter) a historical base royalties streams of about 7% per year. And get this – whenever a song of mine gets rediscovered every 2-4 years, they record cyclic boosts of royalties income, like we experienced in Q1, 2023 with “Money & Power” by Kool & The Gang. That one alone has generated over 4x the annual royalties of the entire catalog in a regular year, reflecting a 27% yield in 2023.” By partnering with me, we will enjoy together the cyclic behavior of my song’s rediscovery.” more
